The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Just beware that you can’t rely on their airport shuttle. We arrived at 12:30AM and called the hotel for the shuttle and they said that the service was a “courtesy” and was not available at the moment. Same thing the next morning when we needed to go back to the airport. We had to go to the very end to the airport and walk out to the street (Circuito Interior) to get an Uber.

Clean, comfortable, modern, close to the airport with a shuttle and breakfast. I didn't like that the shuttle driver dropped me at terminal 2, telling me it was my stop when I had specified terminal 1 in the shuttle reservation at the desk and again when I got on the bus. There is a train connecting terminals but...

I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot say enough good things about the team. From the moment I walked through the doors, the front desk staff was warm, accommodating, and quick to get me checked in.A special shoutout to the shuttle driver! Not only was the ride smooth and timely, but they were incredibly friendly and even gave me some great local recommendations for getting around town. The dining experience was equally impressive. The cook prepared excellent, hot meals, and the servers were attentive, smiling, and made sure my coffee was never empty. It is so rare to find a place where every single employee clearly loves what they do and takes pride in customer service. If you are looking for a comfortable stay with genuine, top-notch hospitality, I highly recommend booking a room here!
