• I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom, which was both distressing and unacceptable. • The continental breakfast offered was notably limited in variety and did not meet the standard I expected. • Additionally, the toaster was inoperative, and the overall cleanliness of the breakfast area was below satisfactory levels.

Cuartos cómodos pero sumamente austeros. Nos tocó una habitación que está al lado del cuarto de limpieza, por lo que desde temprano estuvimos escuchando cómo se azotaba la puerta cada que entraba y salía el personal. Hay restaurantes variados muy cerca del hotel.
