The space was clean and quiet and had a very nice rooftop area. The check in times were not clear and my confirmations gave differing information so I arrived 'after hours' and was not able for some time to know if I had a place to stay for the evening or not. Be sure to communicate ahead of time to get door codes, instructions on door code quirks and how to get a key for your room ahead of time.

Is not a hotel , it’s a small property with different small rooms. And a non-professional people who “run it”. Avoid this place. Unless you want something like a hostel. Ur wi try your own small room. Definitely not worth what I paid for it, not even close.

Condesa 185 was a good place to sleep & shower. The room we stayed in was small and and had the basic necessities. No breakfast is included. The terraza is nice if you want to go and relax there. Wifi was really good too. Apparently it is under new management, coming and going as you please was no problem. Walls are thin so it can get a little noisy with the late night people. Staff, Mario, was really attentive and friendly.

No me gusto, que la chapa de la puerta no servía, no se podía cerrar el cuarto, tuve que atrancarlo por dentro. El desayuno es pésimo, ofrecieron jugo artificial, café frio y no había pan, fruta. Gracias.

Reserve 2 habitaciones para mi y mi familia y fue una experiencia terrible... las camas son súper incómodas con resortes salidos y todo... al otro día no había agua para bañarse y no me resolvieron de ninguna manera... el desayuno estaba incluido y solo había pan tostado Bimbo y café negro... de vdd pésimo servicio, pésima atención y además caro... he ido a hoteles urban style como OM que son excelentes y a mitad de precio... muy maaaaal....

Realice mi reserva por el portal y resultó que estando ahí el hotel no tenía habitaciones porque no revisaron mi reserva desde temprano. Tuvieron que enviarme a otra zona a otro hotel. Aparte no me gustó la apariencia del hotel, me ha parecido demasiado alto el precio para lo que es.

FALLA Atención 24 horas

Huéspedes llegaron al hotel aproximadamente a las 8:00 horas y nos despertó la cantidad de veces que tuvieron que llamar y tocar el timbre hasta que personal del hotel les abrió la puerta aprox 40 minutos después.
