Everything was new and fresh and spaceous. David was very helpful, however his partner Diane was not very helpful. On the day of my departure I asked her how long it would take to get to the airport, and also when I needed to be there for a domestic flight. She told me 30 minutes in a taxi, and I only needed to be there 30 minutes before my flight. The taxi took 1 hour, and I was supposed to be there 45 minutes before. Although I thought I had plenty of time I was 5 minutes late and I missed my flight. I am dissapointed that an owner of a hotel does not know the time it takes to get to the airport. This added a lot of stress to my journey and put a real dampner on my experience of this hotel
