This hotel is on top of the mall if there is an earthquake you have to climb down the stairs about 12 floors I was in the 5th floor had to climb down all that no complaints about that just informing the people. 3 stars because the breakfast was horrible the two days I was there they don’t even try and the shower door wouldn’t stay shut, beware if you leave a car here with valet parking make sure you take a picture of the paper that they give you that shows scratches of your car mine came back with a scratch and they claimed it was there already on my paper showed no scratches they switched it when I picked it up they had it for two days I didn’t use it those days
