Great property in the downtown area. The dining options within the property are excellent, although, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The area around the hotel is always full of crowds and people at all times of the day. Despite the crowds, it never felt unsafe even at night. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The indoor pool (heated) was nice touch and the outdoor pool is on the 6th floor, nice views and very relaxing escape.

My go to hotel when laying over or visiting CDMX. The hotel offers a full spa, sauna, steam room and lap pool. On site restaurants are wonderful and the historic city center is walking distance. Excellent front desk reception, bell hops, room service and very secure.
