The hotel is amazing. We booked through Expedia and had VIP access. This meant that we had access to the Cafe 24/7. They serve salads, soups, sandwiches, coffee, soda, among other snacks. The food was good. Breakfast is a la carte but with a small variety of food and small portions. The staff went above and beyond and were absolutely the best! We rented a car and the guys helped us park the car, had it ready every morning at the time we needed it. Everyone was great and made our stay amazing especially Elizabeth at the front desk, Victor and Ulises who were the bell boys. Magdiel was the sweetest most attentive waiter. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the zocalo and a 10-15 minute to the Palace of Bellas Arte. At night you can find tons of street vendors. Great stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

honestly i would like to keep this a secrete, but it was so much more then i imagined. the staff, the service, the food. the hotel is like a boutique hotel. the room was small compared to what texas is used to but the staff and the hotel were 5 star. I would definately stay again. there was a 24 hour cafe open at the entrance of the hotel. I dont know if this is all the time or if it was part of the VIP package that we got with expedia but most of the food was included, as was breakfast. The staff was super friendly, spoke english. were eager to assist in what ever they could. The room was clean. The beds were firm and not lumpy, which is my preferance. the bedding was crisp, white, and clean. The towels were clean and white. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, body lotion. I did not use them, but the staff even provided some guest with umbrellas. they did not have bicycles on hand, but i heard the concierge assisting another visitor with finding some. Honestly, this hotel stay made this trip incredible. It is exactly where we wanted to be , near the zocalo. 2 or 3 blocks away. the street to get to the zocalo reminded me of a new york street. the Palacio of Bellas artes was 2-3 blocks aways as well. This trip was enjoyed by a group of 12 ages 75 to 24.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great walkable location, beautiful clean room with A/C and the food options were great. They have bottled water available in a refrigerator on each floor and the cafe had great options available 24/7. The complimentary breakfast was also a perk. It was a sit down breakfast and you order from a menu; many great options. The staff was very friendly and they will shuttle you to/from the airport for a reasonable fee. We will definitely stay here again!

We were in CDMX for 12 days, 2 nights at The Grand Hotel, beautiful hotel with impeccable service, seven nights at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City in Polanco and three nights at the Historico Central Hotel. WOW, what an amazing experience, the only thing we regret from this trip is not staying at this hotel for the whole 12 days, their service was 20 out of 10, everybody made us feel so welcome and truly like they were happy and excited to have us there. Ulysses, our bellboy, and Natalie who cleaned our room, what amazing human beings, They went out of the way to make sure we were take care of. If management reads this, please, take care of these people, they are what makes your hotel one of the best.
