Excelent hotel for events nearby

The free transport to the airport is a huge plus. The restaurant had great service and tasty food. The hotel and room were clean. The service was great. I have no complaints.

We spent a few hours in this hotel since we had an early flight. Shuttle transportation runs every half and hour. The driver was very attentive and helpful. There is not much to do around the area. Room was spacious. We liked the lay out if the room. The washroom light turns on automatically and during the night, the washroom light brightens the entire room.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel is clean and comfortable, convenient located within walking distance of GNP stadium. They offer a free airport shuttle which is great as well, the only downside is that is located on a very busy avenue and it’s pretty loud, if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs

Loud hotel

Hotel is well located for the stadium. Rooms are very loud because of traffic and noise from the corridors and parking garage at hotel. Hotel Reception Team only speak Spanish, some staff in restaurant do speak a little English. Shuttle service from airport is vert limited, only 6 space every half an hour.

Run!! I mean Run

I went to a one week trip to the Caribbean. I had no phone or internet. Had to stay on Mexico City overnight on my way back to the United States. I choose this hotel because they advertise it as a pay later at the front desk. I had my credit card information stoled in the past. So I planned to pay cash. They tried to charge my card without my permission. The bank immediately blocked the transaction. To make the story short, they cancelled my reservation. I had no clue because I had no internet connection, just a print out page with a confirmation number. So I got stranded with no hotel room, late in the night, they treated me really bad and they even denied a shuttle ride back to the airport!! I never have been treated so bad like at this hotel.
