I liked the service and cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel isn't in such a great area of Mexico City, but overall I would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting. We had a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is very nice and a big plus is that breakfast was included, even though it did get stale pretty fast. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. With that being said, one thing I didn’t like was that the walls were really thin so you could hear everything.

hotel and staff were great, our cleaning lady Jenni was nice. the morning breakfast was always late,7:00am but opened late all the time. room was nice and big, little noisy since we faced traffic. Hotel 5 stars.
