25 room boutique hotel in a good location in Roma Norte. The staff was welcoming and informative on what to do, where to eat and local transport. Rooftop restaurant served a wide option of breakfast with a view of the city below. Room and public spaces re well designed, and impeccably maintained. Room had a small balcony overlooking a residential courtyard. The mini bar was complimentary for the first round, and chocolates were delivered nightly to the room. Casa Izel set a high bar for hotels on the rest of this trip!
