The food was very good. The bed was just fine. Internet was a little sketchy. There is no English version on the TV. There were a couple spots in the rooftop patio area that needed some attention, but was otherwise nice but would’ve been really nice with loungers. The staff was very good and helpful. Great location I thought. I like the architecture inside.

Wifi slow at times. Two aecurity features missing that I am used to a secondary door lock and keyed elevator. Felt safe though as not a bad neighborhood. The whole surrounding area is a big bizzare and easy walking to good food and common very big tourist attractions. The suite was big clean and stylish.

Great location and fully renovated hotel from halls to rooms and restrooms. Close enough to walk to el zocalo and tour operators. The gym was supposed to be available every day from 7 to 9 Pm , but had to go to reception to sign in and get gym open at around 8:30am

Overall the room was great, it was very quiet and very modern. The only downside is that there was no shampoo or bath soap provided and when asked we were told there were none available because their shipment didn’t arrive.
