Family hotel stay

The hotel and staff were really nice and super friendly. We chose this hotel for the pool and spa, but the jacuzzi was colder than the pool. Family was happy staying there.

I was at the Hotel for almost one week and every single day was extremely Clean the only concern during the weekend at the swimming pool it was to noise the music and the atmosphere was heavy

Te quieren ver la cara todo el tiempo, hablé para reservar y me dieron una tarifa de 2700 por noche por teléfono y por expedía 1600, en el restaurante me cobraron buffets de adultos y eran menores de 12 años Y el check out les dije que ya iba a salir y me tardé 20 minutos y me cobraron 900 pesos de más, segun el joven de la recepción marcaron y contesté a la 1:27 para decirle que sin problema nos salíamos y en lo que recogí las maletas y bajé me cobraron los 900 entiendo que todo es negocio pero tratar de ver cualquier error del huésped para cobrar de más es injusto y arbitrario, el hotel está muy limpio pero la forma de hacer negocio es una cochinada, no vuelvo y no lo recomiendo

Service was great! The staff was nice and happy to help with anything needed. The hotel was nice and clean and so were the rooms the only thing I had issues with was the AC it didn’t really cool the room. Other than that my stay was great!
