Excellent service, the door man walk me to catch an uber at 4am. My only disappointment was that remote control for the TV didn’t work. Suggestion: The Ritz should have a souvenir shop like caps that says Ritz Mexico. Other then that everything was on point.

This hotels location is fantastic - in the middle of historical centre of Mexico City, It is very convenient. Negative part is that it may be a bit noisy till late at night due to the walking street it is standing on, so bring ear plugs if you plan to go to sleep early. Staff was nice, polite and helpful.They will order a cab for you and they will walk you to the cab when the cab arrives. Cleaning is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good, you will not stay hungry.Elevator worked just perfect, no complaints. Overall the hotel is outdated, needs some renovations.There was no fridge in my room, also no Kleenex or other tissues. However there were a safe and a hairdryer, bottled water. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is top notch and went above and beyond helping us coordinate taxis and transportation. The room was comfortable but there was no insulation on the door. Our room was right by the elevator and we could hear everything!! Also beware, this hotel attempts to collect a deposit 3 days before check in even occurs. This caused my bank to flag it as fraudulent activity. The location was great as you are in the heart of down town and within walking distance to the Zocalo.

This hotel is walking distance to everything from shopping, restaurant, and historic buildings. Bella’s Artes was 7 minutes! Affordable hotel for short stays.

The room was spotless and the staff was great. If you want to be in the middle of the action this is the hotel for you. The only reason I can not give it a 5 star rating is because in our room the floor was uneven and separated with gaps on the floor.
