The property is safe, quiet and very convenient and walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants. The girl at reception is very helpful. Though the check in was after 3pm we arrived early and the room was ready. Restaurant service was fast and good.

A tale of two rooms—excellent service saved our stay We had a very mixed experience at this hotel, starting with a room that was quite disappointing. The initial space felt outdated, had visible mold, and was generally not up to cleanliness standards. Most frustratingly, both the shower and the toilet were non-functional, which made the first part of our stay very difficult. However, the staff—specifically Nicole and Karen—completely turned the situation around. They were professional, empathetic, and worked hard to resolve our issues, acknowledging that the maintenance failures of the first room were unacceptable. They moved us to a renovated room that, while slightly smaller, was a massive improvement. It was cozy, attractive, and spotlessly clean, with everything working perfectly. The contrast between the two rooms was night and day. While the older sections of the hotel clearly need work, the dedication of the staff and the quality of the updated rooms made our stay enjoyable in the end. If you book here, definitely request one of the renovated rooms!

The only good thing about the house is the location, al the rest Is terrible. The room is dated and not well maintained, the floors were broken and I tripped several times, there was no A/c nor heating, I was told I was gonna get towels later on my check in day but they never arrived, I was not going to use that shower anyway, it looked dirty and not functional at all, and as the cherry on top on the last night of my stay the toilet didn't flush, there was no water so I had to fill a bucket with water from the shower to clean it, because there was no one at the reception for most of the day. I had low expectations because the price was low but nothing prepared me for that. Avoid if possible, and if you must make it only for one night only.

Reported the issue and Maintenance was call twice but did not fix the problem. There was no air condition on any of the hotel rooms as posted in their website. Don't let the pictures fool you, the property is not like what its been advertised on the website. The room that we got was not not what we expected and match the pictures that was online. The room was up a flight of stairs and we have huge luggage to carry up. There was no hot water the first day we stayed there. Restroom was kinda dirty. Bed sheets seems dirty. No fridge. Towels was not provided, we had to ask. The room was not soundproof, you can basically hear everything in the whole building.

This hotel sucks! They clean the rooms every three days, you can hear everything from other rooms because the drywalls are so thin. The patio floaded when it rained and the sewer smelled. Some of the rooms do not have windows or fans, nor air-conditioning. The heat was suffocating! There are roaches and no costumer service at nights and often during the day. The courtyard is so uninviting and hot because it does have a single tree and the few plants are as dried as the Arizona desert. The whole hotel looks built out off onstruction codes. Some of the restroom are so reduced in space that one is so near the smelly trash can.

We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm and were greeted by a staff member. Initially, the room appeared acceptable, but upon closer inspection, several issues became apparent. Firstly, there were no towels provided. When we requested items for the room, such as toilet paper, the response time was extremely slow, and we never received the toilet paper we asked for. The room features a glass wall with curtains, which caused it to overheat during the day. There was no air conditioning, no fan, and no mosquito net, making it very uncomfortable. When we opened the windows to cool the room, mosquitoes swarmed in. Overall, the property is old and poorly maintained. It is in dire need of investment and upkeep to meet basic hospitality standards.
