Due to sudden changes in our schedule we had to extend our stay and having the kitchen facilities helped us cook our own meals. It can still be improved but we got by. Everything is very close by, with good cafe options. This is our 3rd time at this hotel and we will definitely choose if we come back to Mexico City.

Hotel was close to restaurants and shops in Juarez and Roma Norte. Bus stop was in front of the property. Very small hotel lobby and restaurant but ok. Room is big and clean. Bed was firm and pillows were ok. Towels and sheets need some upgrade. Love the hot showers! Definitely would go back to stay!

This is the newer “suites” property, the hotel (which I stayed in a few weeks ago) is around the corner. It is perfectly fine in terms of cleanliness and comfort but entirely lacking any kind of atmosphere. (But do you need atmosphere?) the current closure of the metro line between Balderas and Observatorio does complicate transport somewhat - there are integrated shuttle buses running constantly, and the bus ticket covers the metro and vice versa. But obviously buses are subject to traffic conditions, so the transfers can take time.
