The apartment was great! The Staff amazingly helpful and courteous! Our 10 day stay here was awesome! other than the traffic at the street. But i now realize that is all of Mexico City, This location was great too! Close to a lot of great attractions. Even my elderly mother could walk to the zoo and the Bosque from here. Would highly recommend it!

Extremely lazy staff, with terrible practices regarding attempts to make extra charges — even using our card without authorization. It was an awful checkout experience; the manager is extremely rude and completely unqualified for her position. We organize more than 400 global events a year, and this was the first time something like this has ever happened! I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone — not even on a dog, and in my house, we treat our dogs very well!

The unit was not ready at the stated check in time 3pm. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes to have access to the unit. But overall the rooms were clean and the property was safe. The area was walkable and had stores within walking distance.

The only thing that I didn't like in the property was the gym. Pretty much all the equipment is broken or malfunctioning. The floor was extremely dirty too. That area requires an urgente update. It doesn't match the rest of the facilities, which are well mantained.

Great to stay for a week or more.

It was a nice surprise to see a washer and drier as I had a lot of sweaty clothes I was able to clean before I left. Having the kitchen and fridge was nice. The cable only had Spanish channels. It is one of the nicer parts of town. A walk to the chapel park and museum and zoo.
