Spacious room centrally located. Nice to have a deck and fortunately we were at the back of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a charge for various items in the room but no price list provided. Side streets are quiet and dark in the evenings.

Overall 3.5 rating. Nothing too bad, just a few random things like the water leaks out the shower a bit too much even when fully closed or the fridge made a random scary loud noise one night, but the staff is communicative, attentive, you have everything you need, huge rooms, good view if you have the garden view and in walking distance to so much great stuff.

The room was really nice, the location was great. There’s lots of food nearby and it’s right a couple streets over from the Reforma. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend staying here.
