The hotel was fine. However, it took us at least 40 min to check in because our reservations for our rooms ( 2 rooms for 2 couples) could not be found. I believe it was a problem with Hotels.com and not the hotel itself. The front staff however was quite nice and accommodating and found us two rooms. So what could have been a terrible problem for us was averted. My husband says he no longer wants too use Hotels.com for making reservations!

the bar restaurant offered good selection of basic choices. the service was rather lackadaisical--we live half time in mexico so we know great mexican service and this was not it. they were tired and uninterested. we were at the bar to eat and have glass of wine around 7pm
