The hotel is conveniently situated in the airport. It is nicely decorated and staff is wonderful and kind. It was surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and suitable for an overnight stay. The breakfast area was so phenomenal! It’s Itale-Argentinian style. Service was also excellent

This hotel is the poster child of terrible service and value for having a captive audience within the airport. One hour to check in, old, dirty, expensive. Convenience has a limit and I am finding a better place to stay even if it costs me more time to get to my gate.

Best option in/near T2 for airport travelers

I stay at this hotel with some frequency if I have an early morning flight out of T2 and it's one of my favorite Mexico City airport hotels. I *think* it's the only hotel in Terminal 2 that doesn't require a shuttle to get you to/from as it's directly in the terminal, which I like a lot. It's nice, the rooms are spacious, and it's super clean. What's not to like? Highly recommended for airport travelers.
