The room was remodeled recently. The beds were comfy and the WIFI strong and reliable. The A/C worked great. The bathroom has a glass enclousure, so there is limited privacy. The restaurant had limited options. Our room was next to a night club and there was loud music every night until 5 am.

Comfortable stay ut a noisy neighborhood at night.

A comfortable one-night stay before travelling back to the UK. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood, alongside other hotels, bars and clubs. Although the room was great, it was very noisy throughout the night until 3am. The music and bass from the nearby club resonated through the building up to my floor. It was difficult to sleep. Aside from this, it was a comfortable stay.

Really good location, 10 min from Plaza Rio De Janeiro and 15 minute walking from prime Roma norte. Rooms were nice and well maintained. Staff was excellent especially Jesus who was incredibly helpful during our stay. There is a nightclub nearby that makes noise until late but the staff was super helpful in moving our rooms to be less exposed to the noise. Check in and out were easy and hassle free. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall a really comfortable experience.

When booking thru a 3rd party like this, breakfast does not move to computer system. 2nd reservation I paid $30 usd a day for breakfast and had to argue to get. Also, rooms are older and falling apart. We had to switch rooms the 2nd day. Not because our toilet door wouldn't open because the ceiling feel in, but later the room had an overwhelming sewage smell.

Our experience was deeply disappointing! As we were celebrating both my husband’s birthday and our honeymoon, we chose this hotel based on its positive reviews and modern appeal. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues from the beginning to end of our stay. 1. Poor Communication Prior to Arrival: Before our arrival, I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times via phone and email to arrange a special massage for my husband. Despite my efforts, I received no response. I finally received a response just hours before our arrival from Guest Service Manager apologizing for the delay. However, the lack of timely communication was highly frustrating. I've never ever seen a hotel that doesn't answer the phone or emails EVER!! 2. Room Maintenance Issues: Upon checking in, we found that our room was not well maintained. The balcony sliding doors were cracked and hazardous, a loose screw protruded from the bathroom wall, and several lights were not functioning properly. These issues were concerning and disappointing, especially for a hotel of your reputation. 3. Air Conditioning Issues: The most significant issue, however, was with the air conditioning. On our entire stay the AC made loud popping noises and failed to cool the room. After contacting the front desk, an engineer was sent, but we were informed that nothing could be done. The hotel was sold out so they never changed our room. We did not sleep for 3 nights.

Staff on desk was very disinterested to help at all the room was dirty I have to go back and forth to them to fix the problem pictures will be on goggle this is the 1st and last time to come here

We had booked and paid for five nights in junoir suite. On arrival they told us there is no junoir suite available. We were put in a basic suite for two nights until we approached manager and finally got our suite on night three. We were promised refund for difference of junoir suite and basic room. 11 days later we have no refund and can’t contact hotel manager. No email address.
