My room was clean, quiet and sunny. There was a work desk, with table light and above the desk were electrical outlets and a USB C outlet that provides fast charging for a smartphone. The in-room safe was big enough to store a 16-inch laptop, so my 13-in one fit with plenty of space still. The location was perfect for me as the hotel is very near 2 metro lines and the MetroBus 4(Sur) bus stop. Staying here was a great way for me to explore the Centro HistĂłrico from Alameda (west) to SantĂ­sima Trinidad (east), Republica de Venezuela (north) to Izazaga (south). I felt safe walking about in the daytime. This Novotel is a very good 4-star property.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the Novotel MĂ©xico City Centro HistĂłrico. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well cared for. Special thanks to Nayla, Matiela, and Eric, who consistently provided warm, attentive service and made me feel truly seen as a guest. Lesly Aguado at the reception desk was especially outstanding. She went out of her way to assist with my tour arrangements and even guided me on how to navigate the city when I wanted to explore on my own. Her kindness and dedication made a big difference in my experience. The food at the Delia Bistro was tasty, though I found the options a bit limited. The breakfast buffet is generous and fresh, but note that it’s not included in the room rate unless you specifically request it when booking. Overall, everyone I encountered at the hotel seemed genuinely committed to ensuring guests feel comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City and hope to return again soon.
