I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offered a convenient 24-hour front desk and room service. This was especially helpful since I arrived on a late flight. The room service was terrible, I tried to call them for 1 hour and 30 minutes and they said the line was busy. I went downstairs and they were not busy, and the servers were on their cellphones instead of answering the calls for the customers.
