The apartment is true to listing, several delicious local restaurants available for delivery or in person dining. Safe and secure location with beautiful rooftop terrace. Staff/ owners were wonderful and attentive when needed. Super comfortable bed and sofa with a fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator for extended stays. The only downside is not having the option to select English for the TV, this was easily navigated by signing into my Netflix and prime Tv apps for movie nights and news. 7 day 6 night stay.

The hotel staff here are absolutely incredible. During our 2 week stay, they were always eager to help with anything, courteous and effiicient with room cleaning if we were still in the room. The kitchen was ok - could use a few more things for longer stays (butcher knife, mixing/salad bowl) but overall, we would recommend. We had the loft suite which included a very large private patio that we used. morning and night.

The place is okay, but you have to keep asking them to clean, as it’s not done regularly. During my stay, the trash bins in the kitchen and bathroom were overflowing for days, and no one came to empty them. Towels were never changed, and the bed linen was not replaced throughout my 10-day stay.

Excellent value and plenty of space

Located within walking distance of Delta Park shopping center, the property offered spacious apartments with a very accommodating helpful staff. The units offered basic utensils in the kitchen area complementary coffee grounds and the bathroom had the same basic items as any other hotel. The place was quiet indoors. Located in a well lit boulevard and a well lit secured entrance that had an evening security guard on the property. Beds were comfortable and units were spacious with the confort and convenience of home.

Mi estadía fue breve pero grata, la cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos básicos, solo me hizo falta que al menos hubiera botellas de agua para el café, pero a 10 pasos esta un oxxo, en general la atención fue excelente resguardaron mi maleta despues de mi check out sin ningún costo lo cual me pareció un plus, a sus alrededores hay cafeterias para desayunar lo cual es genial y en el dia que me quede hubo un tianguis justo enfrente en donde tambien hay puestos de comida, en 5 cuadras esta Parque Delta, fui y vine caminando sin ningun problema, personal amable y atento, volveré a hospedarme ahi en un futuro sin duda, muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones.

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a asistir en cualquier momento. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. El único inconveniente que encontré es el estado del único abanico que tiene la habitación, cuyo funcionamiento es insuficiente para refrescar.
