No me respetaron mi reservación

No me respetaron mi reservación al llegar al hotel, me pedían una confirmación en color rojo de 10 dígitos y la confirmación enviada por ustedes no la quisieron aceptar, al final no me quedé en el hotel por que no aparecía registro de mi reserva y tuve que conseguir otro hotel. Necesito se pongan en contacto conmigo para evaluar el morir sobre mi devolución.
