El hotel es perfecto para estancia cortas, las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, muy limpias y excelente servicio de limpieza diario. La ubicación es muy adecuada para desplazarse en transporte privado o público. La zona en general es segura, más aun por estar cerca de entidades públicas que cuentan con seguridad las 24 horas. El hotel no cuenta con muchas amenidades (solamente un pequeño gimnasio), el desayuno es algo más que el de tipo continental, se puede catalogar como básico. El restaurante del hotel es una excelente opción precio/calidad para almorzar/cenar tranquilamente.

The hotel is acceptable overall, but there are several issues that need to be mentioned: 1. Our room was not properly cleaned. Specifically, we found what appeared to be bodily fluids on the bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and housekeeping standards. 2. We had $200 USD in cash stolen from our room. 3. When we reported the theft to the staff, the response was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing the situation, we were simply asked why we did not use the safe, as if the responsibility were ours rather than ensuring secure conditions in the hotel.

The stay was terrible, the Internet service is really bad and nobody would reply you at the help desk even if you go and tell them about it personally. The AC of the rooms itself starts and itself goes off. Nobody to listen to your complaints.

I only traveled for an overnight stay and I was pleased with the cost taking into account I booked a room for three less than 24 hours prior. Since I stayed there for an event, I came back to the hotel around 5am to get some sleep and the area was safe. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the maids cleaning adjacent rooms were way too noisy at 8am and one of them was singing loudly next door while she had her tv on. Other than that, everything else was fine. I may add that check out is at 1pm and I was able to find a taco stand less than half a block away. Exiting the hotel and heading towards the left across the street you'll find a stand selling tacos de carnitas, which is pork deeply fried in lard. Not the best maybe, but not bad at all. The bellboy is as friendly as could be and has is very familiar with the area in case you need his assistance. The front desk staff are friendly too and they do not discriminate against you because of the color of your skin as it's the case at other places. Hot water at all times. Nice distribution of the rooms and they offer a safe in your room. All you have to do is request it at the front desk. They have a bar and a restaurant but I didn't visit them.
