One of the best hotels I stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were so friendly. Great service. Great location. The pool was amazing. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay in CDMX

Hotel was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly, room was quite large, and I loved the amenities. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel truly feels like an oasis from the hustle and bustle from the city. I travel quite a bit and stay in a lot of hotels and this hotel is a great value at the price point. I do not think there are other hotels at this quality level at this price point in the area.

Great Property Lacking Service

Definitely a beautiful property. The staff however aren’t as attentive as they should be to guests for it being considered a luxury hotel. We were only welcomed back about 2-3 times in the entire time we stayed there, half the time the staff was on their computer and wouldn’t even look up to greet people.

I did not like the Property Transportation system. The Property is closed to outside transportation and Uber and taxi won't go in the property. You are obligated to get the hotel transportation which is 10 times more expensive than the other means

When we checked in, they have upgraded our room at no charge. The Spa is beautiful. Dining options are limited, however the hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city. The concierge was enormously helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our trip.

Generally overpriced tours, spa, concierge offerings, transport etc. Clean but seemingly decorated and managed by an adolescent. Be prepared to push back against overpriced extras.
