Our room had stains on the walls, sheets, A/C unit, and headboard. There was also one particular staff member that sleeps in the lobby who was pretty rude to our party. When we asked to have the room changed because of the cleanliness, we were told none were available and we were welcome to leave and get a refund. Come to find out there were 2 empty rooms in better condition that we were not offered.
