Location was great, near the airport. Breakfast was fantastic, and a noon checkout is great too. Went with 11 of us, got three rooms. We all had fun in the city and enjoyed the stay.

Once I arrived, everything was great. My only complaint is that I received no answer when I called for the shuttle service; I know it was after midnight, but service is offered 24/7. I arrived by Uber.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the airport shuttle only takes 8 people per hour. That’s one of the main reasons I chose that hotel, but they couldn’t provide the service when I needed it because they only accommodate 8 passengers each hour.

We really liked the hotel and its amenities. The location was great if you are flying early. Walmart is 5 mins away walking. The shower pressure was great although it took a long time to get hot water. The big issue was when we woke up the next morning there were 3 gigantic cockroaches in our room and one in our bed 😫 Clearly they need to keep the property better maintained in the bug department.

The hotel was well managed and the staff super helpful and friendly. I arrived at the hotel and was checked in and in my room within 10 minutes, including parking my vehicle. The location was a little confusing but once there easy I had no issues. The distance from the airport was about 5 minutes - and depending on the time of day is the amount of traffic that you will find. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a location near the airport for a quick night or two. I cannot attest to staying longer as I was only there the one night. Again, the staff was super friendly and helpful and they do provide airport transfers if you are not renting a vehicle or driving in.

Goo clean room. Only one bad experience with checking in. Flight got delayed and couldn’t make it in the first night. Attempted to contact hotel via phone call and email however never got a response. Front desk did not seem to care when we arrived. Besides that everything else was good and staff attentive.

They had about half a dozen people that worked there stood around the front desk doing nothing but chatting with each other while only one person was actually checking people in. We were only staying for a couple of hours between flights and asked them repeatedly to please tell us when the room was ready since it was just a short stay for our five year old to decompress. They instead proceeded to ignore us and check-in at least 5 or 6 other families before us while we were waiting in the lobby. I would never recommend this hotel or stay there in the future. Terrible customer service!
