The place is very nice, rooms are clean and the rooftop terrace is breath-taking. The personnel at the front desk were not the friendliest except for one gentleman. In my experience they waited for me to greet them and their body language was blah. Check in said 3 but our room was not ready until 330pm. The refrigerator is very noisy if you stay in the sofa bed.The uliv app is very good and they reply promptly.

If you’re looking for a quiet place stay in Mexico City with pristine white bath towels & crisp white bedding with a high thread count, this won’t be the place for you. As other reviewers have pointed out, All day, but particularly the night (bed) time, is NOISY. Horns, sirens, and people out having a good time, basically what you might expect choosing to stay on a main thoroughfare in the Roma Norte area. I was there on spring break with my 11yr old so of course I wasn’t staying out late partying all night. We were generally in bed by 11p after a long day of exploring. We weren’t as bothered by the loud, constant noise as we live close to city life and are used to hearing sirens here and there. We were on a higher floor and so I thought high enough to mayyybe not hear as much, but I was wrong. That said, expect to hear noise, loud music, sirens, horns all day & night. Apart from that, the room we were in (Superior Room) was nicely appointed overall. It had all the things one might expect and some things I didn’t expect like a filtered water spout, dishes, stove, fridge etc.. There were some minor visible cosmetic imperfections, like the moulding under the windows were cracked in the seams and it’s just one of those things where you see one thing & you start looking at everything. Overall, I had a good stay. Good/Convenient location, front Desk spoke English for most part and was helpful.

Great location, clean, lots of car honking which wasn’t as bad as expected during the night. Staff was helpful for the most part but became noticeably put off when asked for extra coffee pods which unlike a hotel they do not replenish. Also no daily service.

Overall it was a good stay. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location is superb and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, parks, and local attractions. The noise from the traffic was bothersome so if you are a light sleeper this will be an issue (make sure to bring ear plugs). Also, the furniture is starting to show wear and tear. The couch had stains and needs a deep clean.

Disappointing Stay at ULIV Hotel – Poor Management & Unacceptable Conditions** I recently stayed at the ULIV Hotel in Mexico City for 8 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. Two major incidents ruined my stay, and the hotel's response was utterly inadequate. First, during my stay, the running water suddenly stopped while I was in the shower. I had to use my own bottled water just to rinse off. When I reported the issue, management offered nothing more than a weak apology ("Sorry for your inconvenience")—no compensation, no urgency to resolve it. The water was out for **8 hours**, which is inexcusable for a paid stay. Then, on my **final night**, the air conditioner leaked excessively, dripping water all over my **expensive clothing** and damaging it. Again, the response was dismissive: they said they’d send someone to fix it *the next morning* and suggested I use a dryer for my soaked clothes. I even had to use their towels to clean up the mess myself—something the staff should have handled immediately. (I have video proof of the AC leaking.) For the price paid, I expected better maintenance and customer service. The lack of accountability—especially when my belongings were ruined—is unacceptable. I would **not recommend** this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism or basic comfort. I escalated this to Expedia and ULIV refused to take responsibility.

We have booked a one bedroom suite for three of us. There is only one air conditioner in the bedroom. The living room can get quite hot unless we cracked up the air conditioner in the bedroom. But then the bedroom gets too cold. The traffic was very loud at night. The fridge in the living room is very loud too. The sofa bed is right next to it. I have to unplug it at night. Otherwise I would be waken up by it. There is a coffee machine but they only provide the capsules the first day and we did stay for a whole week without making use of the machine after. The free laundry is great but you have to bring your own detergent. The suite is not as new as it looks in the pictures. There are footprints on the walls. Quite disappointed.
