Really nice staff, muy servicial. Llegamos en la madrugada y nos quedamos en el quarto de espera con todo. Se puede oír el elevador pero todo estaba muy bien cuidado y Tacos la Chula están buenísimos en la esquina.

Loved my stay here, felt very safe as there was 24hr staff near the door and an access code needed to get in to the property and door to the apt. my only issues with the property: there were 2 guests in a 2bed apt staying for 5 days and only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. There was not a spare roll in any of the cabinets (we checked) i think that should be provided especially if we didnt opt for housekeeping...though it was an easy fix obv. next issue was there is a window in the bathroom which is great but u can't open it to let the humidity out while showering because the next floor above you can see directly into the bathroom. Theres no screen on the window and it directly faces someone's front door (in our case the 4th floor) 3rd issue is we picked the option that had a kitchen so we can make small meals because we are very early risers, every knife in the knife block was very dirty (like someone used it and didn't bother to wash anything) and there were no bowls. Just a regular cheap cereal bowl or 2 would be nice and definitely clean utensils to use. last and biggest issue: there was no heat, there is the AC unit with a remote that has a heat setting but there was a note in the main bedroom stating there was no heat. It was VERY cold (40°F) at night so not having heat at all was rough. Id be willing to stay here again if the heat issue was resolved. Property has great potential if they just made some small changes.

Arrived at 11pm so pleased that the apartment was clean & ready to use. Staff were friendly & welcoming despite our language differences. I requested an ironing board & heater which was provided promptly. Location is perfect for food, drink & other supplies. Best of all was the eConcierge on WHATSAPP.
