Great location, hidden gem

The Vuestro is really well located, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is solid (especially in a city that does not wake up early). Only things keeping it from being 5-stars for us were: 1. You have to run the shower for 5-10 minutes to get hot water, which feels wrong in a city that is desperate for water overall; 2. You have to specifically ask for them to make up your room. I'm totally used to saving towels, but was surprised after our first day in town when we had no made beds; and 3. I have no idea how to control the air conditioner in the room, but to be fair, we never asked the front desk for help there (the front desk is awesome, btw).

Wonderful boutique hotel that may have been an apartment building at one point considering its locations within a residential neighborhood. We spent 5 days there and felt like locals. Beautifully designed with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to the reforma and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The room and hotel is well designed, modern and clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly and provided everything we needed. We really enjoyed the coffee and fresh made breakfast every morning. They even left a cake and balloons in our hotel room on my birthday which was such a beautiful and sweet surprise! 10/10 recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very nice. So nice I’m staying another night. My room would have been optimal with a desk to work. Also my balcony door does not see to lock securely. It locks but not sure if it locks properly. The hotel is very very nice.

Excellent tasteful and comfy hotel

We stayed two nights and thought this was a great modern and stylish hotel. The staff were all excellent and accommodated us needing to hang around for a late flight. There was even a lovely shower room with fresh towels available. The location is good for restaurants and museums. Also excellent coffee with the breakfast.

The hotel itself is located in a quiet street but centrally located, at walking distance from Chapultepec, La Reforma and its landmarks. You can even walk to La Condesa, Roma Norte, Zona Rosa. For longer trips or if you don't like public transportation, Uber is your friend (e.g.; 15mn to Centro Historico). We spent 6 nights there. A couple of hickups have been promptly sorted out by a very available staff. It's a business district so expect a bit of traffic noise at pic hours. The building itself is new and modern and clean. Plenty of lunch and dining options around including many street food vendors.
