This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in! I don’t usually write reviews but there was no way I couldn’t this time. The service was top-notch and the amenities that were included with the room were the best I’ve ever seen. I didn’t realize this until I got there but there is a 24-hour cafe inside the hotel where all guests staying at the hotel can get free food from there! They also have a restaurant (their food was delicious too!) and the location of the hotel was walking distance to a ton a places. Also shout-out to Daniel, he was the sweetest person ever and was super helpful with everything we needed! I’m definitely staying in this hotel again when I go back to Mexico City again!

My breakfasts and quick lunch..tasted meewh.. view yeah is cool, but also investing in some air circulation would be nice. It can b moist. Room was nice. Again view.. mewwhh.. and my bed was slanted which made my laptop fall in the night. Broke my cord. Overall i expected more. I barely got a B- :-|

Thank you for a great stay. The hotel was nice. Situated right in the heart of the city center, it was safe. I felt safe. The property was, very clean. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. The Bell man Raul, was very nice and helpful. My room was the queen, although samll, it was very cosy and big enough for me. The bed, super comfy. Shower noce and hot and great water pressure I had breakfast, it was just fine with a lot of options. I wish i could rate the restaurant staff as i did as the front desk, unfortunately not. The restaurant staff were indifferent. They did not speak or acknowledged. They walked around asking other guests what they wanted, I wasn't ask. Rather, I had to ask for what i wanted. Customer service at the restaurant is definitely, zero. I didnt bother going back to eat. They were other restaurant around with amazing and attentive service. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. My driver, Ivan, was amazing. Thank you! Thank you to housekeeping for your lovely note.
