Great service at the start of the stay.

when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service.

The scenery was amazing with the Alps in the back ground. Our son was there for a fencing tournament where he finished third in his age group, he was there with members of Team Canada.

Convenient to Motorway

We were passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. Hotel is pretty ordinary but the staff are nice and friendly. We arrived early but they still let us check in.

Convenient budget hotel 5 km from Grenoble centre

Mattress was run down. Hotel very noisy due to skiers leaving early to be first to hit the ski pistes

Not the usual standard

Maybe we just picked the wrong day and got a bad room, toilet seat broke, no we are not heavyweights, air con that was so noisy I thought it was a fire alarm and restaurant close on a Friday night, now what’s that all about, went to local pizza place for food as it was within walking distance (don’t go there, go into town). Very friendly staff but let down by above points, would I stay again? If it was cheep enough, maybe.

Terrible. No hay personal en la noche. Todo cerrado. Lugar muy alejado de todo. Habitaciones muy descuidadas. El desayuno parece que estuvo servido hace 3 dias. No se como permiten que el hotel siga operando, es un verdadero lugar abandonado.

SĂ©jour trĂšs dĂ©cevant. DĂšs l'arrivĂ©e, j'ai constatĂ© que la chambre n'Ă©tait pas propre il manquait des serviettes pour la douche, le cache-sommier Ă©tait absent, et le sommier lui-mĂȘme Ă©tait tachĂ©, avec une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able, ce qui Ă©tait vraiment repoussant. Des toiles d'araignĂ©e Ă©taient prĂ©sentes, et les toilettes Ă©taient Ă©galement sales. Le pire restait le bruit: impossible de dormir le matin ou de se reposer. La femme de mĂ©nage faisait Ă©normĂ©ment de bruit dĂšs le dĂ©but de la matinĂ©e, et ce vacarme a durĂ© jusqu'Ă  13h. Portes qui claquent, aspirateur, discussions fortes dans les couloirs... C'Ă©tait invivable pour espĂ©rer un peu de calme pendant le sĂ©jour. Je ne recommande pas cet Ă©tablissement tant qu'un vrai effort ne sera pas fait sur la propretĂ©, l'hygiĂšne et le respect du repos des clients

Séjour trÚs bien. Petit souci : nous sommes 4 cyclistes et nous avons voulu prendre un verre en arrivant. La plupart des boissons étaient en rupture de stock. Ensuite, il y avait une publicité, 1 boisson acheté, 1 gratuite entre 18 h et 19 h, la personne qui nous a servi, nous l'a refusé sous prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas 2 boissons identiques. Difficile de communiquer avec elle. A contrario, le personnel au petit déjeuner a été charmant.
