Dating back to 1636, this beautifully renovated three bedroom farmhouse with private courtyard and heated pool is packed with original features while offering all modern conveniences. It is situated in a quiet, rural location with large garden, just 3km from the small market town of Meyssac, 4km from Collonges-la-Rouge.
The house offers a large open plan living area with wood-burning stove, comfortable furnishings and fully fitted kitchen. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 7 people.
There is a large garden with lovely shade from a mature walnut tree, and games room in the adjacent barn with table tennis, and of course the large heated pool.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, with the garden completely fenced for 2024.

We spent a very happy 10 days here. Gilly was a lovely, friendly host, who made sure we were comfortable. The house is really well equipped, spacious and clean. The pool is the shining star of the property, and we used it almost daily. The house is in a perfect location for exploring the many beautiful places nearby. We would love to return.

Great open-plan cottage with fab pool - Quiet but with facilities close by.

Stone built cottage with fabulous open plan living dining kitchen area. Situated in a hamlet surrounded by meadows and woods with views to the North and East, but well secluded from the other gite and houses in the hamlet. Really good sized in ground pool 10m? which was heated to 27 degrees, and in a week with blue skies and 28-30 degrees it was a great escape for some late summer sunbathing. Gilly and Tim made us feel welcome popping in at the beginning and half way through our stay. The village of Meyssac 2 miles away with a good range of shops, 3 boulangeries, 2 pharmacies, bars 2 small supermarkets, and a petrol station has everything you need for a stay there, and there is no need really to go to Brive to shop. We loved it there and had a great time.
