This south-facing 1-bedroom suite is the closest to the ocean, with the best views in the building of all comparable suites. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and the hotel's stunning pool deck from your private balcony.



During your stay at the 1 Hotel you will have full access to all of the building's top-notch amenities, private beach, beach club, many dining options and multiple pools, including the rooftop pool. All of this in the heart of South Beach with all Miami has to offer!



The Space:

This is a full one-bedroom suite with large living room area that has a queen sized pull out couch. In your suite you also have a full kitchen with all appliances and cookware needed. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxury linens. All rooms come with stunning ocean and pool views, which are taken in best from your private balcony that is equipped with lounging furniture. Your bathroom comes with a stand up shower and separate soaking tub. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided along with plenty of towels for your stay.



Guest Access:

Staying as a guest of the 1 Hotel residences, you will have access to all of the hotel's amenities including, but not limited to, pool and beach chairs at no cost, the Anatomy gym & fitness classes, Seedlings Kids Club & Child Care and the Bamford Spa. Great unit in the 1 Hotel South Beach, with all the amenities of staying in the hotel a kitchen, which was a nice option. Owner communication was great and the unit was clean. Ability to have a mid-week cleaning was nice. Access to the beach/pool service, room charge for restaurants, and gym with fitness classes was a nice plus for a VRBO rental.
