Great lobby. Great service at breakfast and at pool. Nice gym. In contrast, front desk not responsive. Reported bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and nobody attended in six-day stay. Housekeeping would have known and also failed to remedy. Signage at roof pool clearly says open dawn to dusk. But doesn’t open until 10am. Elevators take forever to arrive. So many things that don’t work/aren’t right. Bottom line, doesn’t deliver high-end proposition and price. A big resort hotel with a sexy lobby.
