Place needs to be banned from hotels.com

This place promised a clean environment with working jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was broken but the main problem was the place was infested with bugs/ cockroachs, and spiders. I have pics to prove this place was absolutely uninhabitable. I was due to stay Monday-Friday, but after 2 days of killing approximately 1000 bugs, I couldn't stay at this filthy place. I left and they still took my money.

The host was very unhelpful. Very very dirty and disgusting when we arrived. Had the host got it cleaned,we may not have complained. The house had not been cleaned, the sofa was torn, dirty, burnt and had holes I sent pictures immediately of all the dirty issues but the host said that since they expected us to give a bad review, they would not do any cleaning or help. They said we could complain to Expedia but will not get any help from them. The location. Was great, it was comfortable, nice hot tub. But the host’s rude and unhelpful message spoilt it. They asked us not to even get in touch with them. Even when we needed to leave the keys on departure, they did not respond with lock box code. We had to wait for cleaning lady even tho it made us late for our flight. We left the place cleaner than we found it. I can share pics that I shared with host on arrival- showing how dirty everything was

good location to avoid highways, near MIA airport

Property was ok, as the neighborhood. normally as was only 5 night trip, we did not use the jacuzzi outside. no time. furniture ok, but the coach in front of the only TV, sort of dirty. the bathroom upstairs, shower only hot water. can't mixed. annoying. still the location near SW 8th street very convenient to move back and forth to downtown or Doral. You got what you paid for it. no more, no less.
