This unit is nice enough and the location is fine. The rooms are relatively large and mostly clean. But don’t expect any resolution or even minimal assistance from the property manager for even the smallest of issues you encounter during your stay. We had need of basic items during our stay and were told repeatedly that “Those things are not provided”. I’m not talking about extravagances here – Simple things like kitchen utensils (we had 3 forks and 2 spoons), glassware (we had one water glass), hand towels/dish cloths (none were provided), cookware (we had one small egg pan long past the end of its life being warped and the Teflon coating flaking off). When we asked for additional basic items, we were told “Those things are not provided” and we ended up purchasing some of these items ourselves. This was made even more confusing by the placard posted inside the unit stating, “Dear guests, dishware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided in this room as a guest convenience." When I asked the property owner about this discrepancy? No reply.Throughout all of my messaging with this VRBO host during our stay, I always came away with the same conclusion - They were apathetic and indifferent regarding our requests for these few simple things that would have made our stay a bit more enjoyable.I’d pass on this property and look elsewhere for your Miami stay. You will get no help from them for any problem with any issue during any part of your stay.
