Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

This hotel was probably very nice 30 years ago, but the owners have done nothing to upgrade it for a long time. broken chair on the balcony, broken drawer on the bureau with chipped paint, disgusting carpet in the bedroom, one of two balcony sliders didn't work, stained furniture in the lobby, rusted stained walls in the pool, beach chairs where you sink so low it's an effort to get out of them, garbage under the sink from the previous tenant, minimum kitchenware, the whole condo needed a paint job, threadbare towels in the bathrooms and the beach, out dated signs posted everywhere, cheap paper towels, soap and shampoo, even ripped carpeting and scuff marks on the luggage carts! We did not have a bad time once we got past the skeevies as the location is great, the unit large with plenty of closet space.

I couldn’t see the ocean from the 2nd Floor! The pictured rental is probably their best unit but not the one I was given. The parking was expensive, the room had 1 towel per person. Room was dirty. Elevators took 20 min and were always full so ended up always having to take the stairs. Shower curtain was moldy. Shower head was ridiculous. Room was just too expensive for what it offered. Place was Ran like a hotel with no guest services. They really need to upgrade the rooms to a higher standard. This place has so much potential reminded me of a renting an apartment from a cheapskate landlord. I don’t like being negative, I think one day this place can turn itself around with just a bit more effort.

The room was falsely advertised and does not resemble the photos shown on the website. The hallways were dirty and had a strong odor upon arrival. Inside the room, the floors were unclean, the furniture did not match what was pictured, and several pieces were stained. The carpet was dirty, had visible bleach stains, and also smelled. I contacted the listed ‘host/front desk’ regarding these concerns to request either accommodations or a refund. The front desk staff repeatedly stated they had spoken with the host and that she would reach out soon. After several hours, I received only a brief message saying the situation would be investigated, and I have had no further contact or follow-up. In addition, the property is under construction, with cluttered materials visible throughout, and there was significant noise early in the morning from ongoing work.

The rooms were very spacious, beds were pretty comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. The view was beautiful and the beach access was great. As noted in other reviews there were not many bath towels- we brought our own to supplement. The kitchen was sparsely stocked for a party of 4. The pool had some rust.

It was terrible experience when me and my family arrived after a 19hr drive I book for 5 people and they would only give us 4 rags and towels I did asked for a extra one the manger Roy was very rude I explained we was a party of 5 and I payed for a party of five every one was listed so we needed rags for full party …mangers Roy stated we could only get 4 sets not 5 and that’s the rules so I had to go out and purchase rag and towel set I would never book agin I mean never

The room was quite old. The top cooker never worked. The Cooker itself did not get up to any heat. Very limited cooking provisions Swimming pool has rust on the side. The tennis courts don’t look like they have been clean for months The price of a drink around the pool was extremely expensive even for Miami. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone

It's a beach front apartment so you want to go to the balcony, right? but the balcony has a sign that says "for your security, this balcony needs to be closed at all time". When I asked the front desk, they said I could use it. But then, part of the ceiling of the balcony fell off. I have pics of everything. They told me to call the manager to report this but nobody answers and the voicemail is full.

My family and I were disappointed with these accommodations. The pictures on the listing looked much nicer than in person. It was actually much older. The view is beautiful however the building needs a face lift. There was no info sent regarding check in. Once I called the main number the process was smooth and the staff on site were friendly. However I messaged the owner twice with no response. Our iron was broken and housekeeping was “closed” so we were unable to press our clothes for graduation. I messaged the owner with no response. There was a puddle of water outside our door which took several requests from the front desk to look into. There were no cleaning products provided- dishwashing powder, soaps, etc. We went to housekeeping for those ourselves. We made the best of it. Hopefully this infor is helpful.

Ignore the negative reviews!

After reading the reviews I was VERY apprehensive about what we were going to deal with once we checked in. However, it was nothing like what all of the negative comments say. When I mentioned it to my husband he reminded me that usually the “Karen’s” are the ones who leave the mean reviews and people like us forget to even post. So here I am leaving a review so people can know not to believe everything they read. The hotel was very clean, safe, and exactly what we needed for our family of 5. If I expected the Ritz Carlton I would have paid the and stayed there. Were there a few things that could have been better? Yes, but did they ruin our trip or can I even remember them now?! No! The only thing we even talked about that could be better was the towel lady. My 7 year old called her “sassy” and she will make you follow the rules and will only let you have fresh towels once a day so if you forget to turn them in before 5:30 then you are stuck with them until whenever you make it back by. She was only doing her job, and she did it well! The front desk staff, valet workers, security, and other staff were all very kind and never gave us a problem. Maybe we are just easy going and don’t need a lot from the hotel staff when we vacation, but isn’t it the whole point of being on vacation is to relax and take it easy?! Why let little things upset you and ruin your whole stay? You pay for what you get and for this price it is a steal of a deal! Don’t listen to the Karens”!

Not quite as advertised

Okay, the good stuff first: the views are incredible, the pool and beach access are very easy and enjoyable, and Amy at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Now, that said: there was a sign on the balcony door saying we weren't allowed to use the balcony; the front desk at first said it was off limits, then that we had to keep the door closed when I mentioned that the listing felt misleading. "Cookware" means silverware, a few spatulas, and one pot. "Washer and dryer" means there's a laundry room that you have to pay for. The room itself had NOTHING in it--no dish soap, no paper towels, no complimentary coffee--and the mini-mart next door is heinously overpriced. When we asked someone to help us get streaming services on the TV, the handyman came up and literally just turned on the TV; when we mentioned Netflix, he just said, "Netflix, no" and left midway through our next question. We called twice about housekeeping bringing new towels, but they never did; when we called at night, the guy at the front desk was rude and sounded annoyed that we dared to bother him.Long story short: if you're with friends and looking for a place to sleep between days out in Miami, this should be fine. If you're traveling with your family, look elswhere.

Not at all like the listing, rude staff and smelled like mold.

This was probably the worst vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. We were duped by the photos and left early. The front desk and owner took over 24 hours to get back to us about our concerns. 1. Extremely Loud Air Conditioner: The noise from the air conditioning unit was disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. It sounded like a drilling in the apartment.2.Lack of Essential Supplies: The property was not stocked with basic necessities such as paper towels and garbage bags, which we had to procure ourselves.3.Dirty Carpeted Rooms and Dust Allergy: The presence of carpeting in the rooms (carpet never mentioned in the listing) exacerbated my dust allergy, leading to significant discomfort. Additionally, the whole apartment had a moldy odor likely due to the dirty carpets.4.Rude staff and “security.” The staff and security were condescending and incredibly unhelpful. 5.Safety Concerns with Service Elevator: I was instructed to use the service elevator when bringing in supplies, which did not feel safe. It was filthy and there was a large poster warning about human trafficking inside. I expressed my concerns to the “security guard” and was met with a sarcastic response.6.Inadequate Bedding: The blankets provided are extremely thin, resembling sheets, and do not offer sufficient warmth.
