All home features were meticulously designed to capture the outdoor spaces, from the pool to the pond and outdoor seating areas. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living all while minutes from the keys, breweries, wineries and town. Many nearby wedding venues make this the perfect place to stay during those times as well.
LOCATION: The property is just a short 8-minute drive to Schnebly Redland's Winery and Brewery, the perfect spot in which to unwind with a glass of tropical wine and soothing waterfalls. 50 minutes from MIA. Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.
PARKING: roundabout driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars.
EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. Please note that these are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.
The Climate and Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)

Full home will be at guest disposal. Owners live next door. We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions.

All guests must be registered with Host.
Primary guest booking must be at least 25 years of age.
Houzlet publishes listings on Vrbo; which in turn, allows tenants to instantly rent seasonal rentals. Houzlet’s properties are managed by licensed real estate agents. Although the property is an instant rental, it’s possible there can be another pending application. If the home is not available, we can offer you another suitable option or you can cancel for free.
House Rules.
The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
