This condo features 1 bedroom with a king bed, queen sofabed in the living room, a balcony overlooking both the bay and the ocean, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The island has a few restaurants nearby. Aventura is about 5 minutes away. (CONSTRUCTION IS ACTIVE AT THE PROPERTY NEXT DOOR)

Great condo in a great location!

We stayed at the Marenas over New Year's and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. It's right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. The host was great and very responsive. Highly recommend!!
