Fraud, horrible unprofessional extremely dirty
I have booked with vrbo over 20 times. This place greated us with mold right at the door. Roaches, ants, mattress you will never believe I have pictures enclosed. The host eb bo nee was the most unprofessional fraud on earth. Check In was at 4pm I was given the run around until 1145pm that evening. I was told it was delayed due to cleaning just to be thrown a key on the counter and host runs away before meeting me at door. After calling vrbo customer service which was not helpful stating I will not get my money back at all.after emailing the. 14 pictures including mattress from garbage. Host also refused to return my money. Host finally came back to apartment apologizing for ants and dirt stating she's really sorry while attempting to bleach the counter tops. I spent the first night in my car because of the smell in apartment while pregnant. I spent the next day at Walmart purchasing an air mattress and bombing the entire apartment from bed bugs, roaches, ants. I am 100% sure I am the only reservation eb bo nee has ever made hint there being no reviews. I advise anyone to stay away from this fraudulent inhuman human who would steal money to profit from vacation stay. I advise strongly to stay away from this listing. The best part of my stay was walking out the door to go.
