Wonderful private, FULLY-FURNISHED Mediterranean-style townhome in the heart of Coconut Grove available to rent from July 23 to August 28th.

Less than a 10 minute walk to all of the wonderful shops, restaurants, and parks of Coconut Grove. The townhome also comes with two bikes to explore all that the grove has to offer.

The highlight of this home is being able to step out to the back patio to a secluded pool lounge area. Surrounded by lush foliage and a large privacy wall, this is the ideal setting to relax by the pool.

This home's layout is uniquely wider than any other townhomes in the grove so the back yard feels much more spacious, the pool is larger, and out front the driveway is much larger, able to accommodate 3-4 cars.

The media room boasts a comfortable leather sectional couch and a top of the line home entertainment system with a 65" TV and high definition surround sound. The entire house is equipped with Sonos for multi-room audio in the home theater, by the pool, living room, kitchen, and in the bedroom.
