The check in was fine the staff were lovely, but the shuttle service was a huge disappointment, We got dropped at the luggage pick up not check in, my mom is disabbled and the driver spoke NO english and could not understand we needed to be in a better location. The room was okay but a bit old looking.

I waited at the Miami airport for 2 hours for the shuttle. I contacted the hotel three times. Was told the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. I called 30 minutes later and was told to wait another 15 minutes. After waiting I took a cab.
