• Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).

• Washcloths are not included in the unit



🔇 Noise & Conduct Policy

• Keep noise to a minimum

• No parties or loud gatherings allowed — fines issued by building management will be charged to the responsible guest



📋 Check-In Requirement

• You must inform us in advance who will be the main guest

• Only the registered main guest may check in at the front desk

• If the main guest cannot check in, a $53 fee will apply to update the reservation on-site
