The property is adequate
We found the property was as listed except the hot tub was torn apart the entire week we were there. The condo has minor issues. The kitchen has enough plates , bowls and utensils. It does not have a lot of pans for cooking. The beach/pier is quite a walk. The view of the intercostal waterway is stunning in the evenings.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. The building is located on a quiet street among other building. You can easily walk to the main street ( Collins Ave ) for restaurants , beach entrance and other stores.
