Studio apartment was good and the beds were comfortable. The Lobby security were not friendly at check in. Valid parking was very helpful. The apartment view was amazing. No food around the area

This room had a great view and good location. The room was comfortable but the bed could be softer. The only reason I say good location is because we didn’t find many restaurants that we could easily walk to

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free valet parking available 24/7 and very efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved there setup where we didn't need a room key. They had keyless entry! Elevators were fast and the restaurant lounge BluGin was very good although I recommend to not order the lobster ravioli unfortunately it was not very good. Everything else we ate was very good!

The staff was absolutely terrible. Anytime I needed help they would say “not our problem - contact your host” so I would and then would still not receive any help at all. The valet scratched my rental car and refused to give me an incident report. My host refused to help me with this. My laundry card to my room was broken and caused $100 worth of clothes to be ruined which again no one would help me with. The stay itself was a nice condo, but besides that 0/10 recommendation.

Room was nice and comfortable. Lots of communication before and after stay. But the check in process was a pain. And the amount promised by Hotels.com was NOT what I was charged to be able to check in. There is an additional cleaning fee that I was not aware of ahead of time. We choose not to rebook this location later in our stay for these reasons.
