Overall, it was clean, but the water wouldn’t get hot in the shower, just warmish. The pool was extremely green. The elevator worked 75% of the time. Staff was friendly. Lots of parking. Close to the beach and only 20 minute drive to downtown Miami.

We absolutely loved everything about this place except the cockroaches. They freaked us out, so we didn't use the kitchen and were worried the bugs might make their way back home in our luggage.

Did exactly what we needed it to do. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We walked to all restaurants and utilized the Freebie service to get to and from Bill Baggs. Would definitely stay here again!

We were overwhelming and surprisingly pleased with our stay in Key Biscayne! This property is an affordable gem hidden amongst luxury and ritz. For an affordable option in this area, it can't be beat! We enjoyed the quaint pool area, the friendly atmosphere and the nearby restaurants. Other highlights were the complimentary parking, just a short walk down the street, and taking a day to take advantage the hotels bike rentals to explore the parks on either end of Key Biscayne is a must!!

Place could use some updating. Looks much better in the pictures. One of the pictures showed the beach with a caption that said view from the room. That is misleading.

Staff was friendly, check in was easy. The location, room, parking, and amenities were amazing. I’d have to say our only complaint would be the floors in our room made our feet pretty dirty, but we didn’t mind too much, we just wore our socks around haha
