Checking process was quick and no problem in doing so. As for the room adequate space and very well taken care mind you some updating can be of great use. Found issue in the shower flow being not adequate. Shower head needs replacement. Otherwise stay was without any problems or issues.

We paid for a balcony room and got a room on the 1st floor with just a sliding glass doo that opened up to a dirt path. The A/C has a panel missing at bottom so it shows the rust and dirtiness of underneath it.

The room was fine, but the tub and shower were very disappointing. The tub looked like it was 30 years old and they have tried everything to make it look better and they simply can’t. I think there was absolutely no effort at all to improve that.

Arrived at 3 but had to wait till 4:39pm to check-in. When got to my room later that when I was taking a shower I realized the soap that was used from the person from the previous stay was still in the soap dish. Meaning house keeping didn’t clean the room properly. It’s was 2am so I knew there was nothing that could be done about it. The next day I asked housekeeping to clean my room. I returned again late that evening and my room wasn’t cleaned at all. I told the lady at the front desk and she told me we have to request that our rooms are cleaned. I told her I did. All she said was sorry. When I checked out the next day I was asked how was my stay. I advised the lady of all the issues I had and nothing was done. Just (I’m sorry)

No the world wasn't spotless. The garbage can wasn't sufficient. It was no microwave which is something you should have. But the location was good. The pool didn't look very clean so I didn't go in there
