Your unit includes: a washer/dryer, full kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, plates and cookware). Building amenities feature a gym with spin studio, common work space, pool and parking garage (1 parking space included). Your unit has a relaxing private balcony. Safe, secure building with 24/7 security and front desk.

BATHROOMS: The bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap), plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials identified in the description plus coffee/tea capsules (decaf by request) for the Keurig machine, creamer, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, tea kettle for loose tea

POOL: The building has a pool located on the 6th floor amenities deck. There is also a shallow wading pool for younger children. Pool & Beach towels are provided in your closet. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are grills for your use at the pool as well with outdoor dining tables.

GYM: The building has a gym located on the 6th floor amenities deck. The gym contains various cardio and weight/strength training equipment along with a virtual spin studio. Gym hours are 24/7.

PARKING: The unit comes with 1 garage parking spot for your first vehicle. To park, you will receive a decal to access the gate-secured parking garage which will be provided during check-in.

SAFETY: Your unit is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm. Your unit also contains a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. A photo ID is required by the building for all registered guests.
