This is a new, modern 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house in Design District* area in Miami with capacity to sleep 12 people comfortably - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, single sofa in the living room (air mattress and baby crib available upon request). The house (1,500 ft²) has been newly renovated (2021), and tastefully designed. It has garden views and FREE unlimited street parking! Convenient for the bigger group of families and friends. The house is situated in a lively neighborhood close to the famous shops and restaurants** only 6 miles from the airport and only 15 minutes drive to Miami Beach! The accommodation is equipped with the following: terrace, garden furniture, internet (Wi-Fi), 4 TVs, air-conditioning, hair dryer, iron, washer/dryer, ping pong table, bed sheets, towels, and complimentary toiletries such as: mini shampoos and soaps, toilet paper in all bathrooms, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher capsules, trash bags etc. (more to be purchased if needed).The electric open plan kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, plates, bowls and more.Upon arrival you will be provided with the 4-digit code for the house door. Amazing!

We had a fantastic stay at this location. The property management team (Diana, Yulia and Kat) were incredibly attentive and made sure we were completely taken care of! The instructions that were left for us were very helpful and I knew if we had any issues (which we didn't) they would be very quick to respond. I would say the only *minor* issue we had were some beetles inside the home, but seeing is how it's Miami, is completely understandable and I don't fault the property managers for at all. I would absolutely stay here again... in a heartbeat!

A Quiet Oasis

This spot was the perfect stay for a long weekend with a large group of friends! There is ample outdoor space to hang and it's within walking distance to the Design District. The property manager was friendly and responsive. We had no problems and certainly recommend!

Family of 9 adults happy with our stay

We were pleased with the communication with the property manager, cleanliness of the house, location, ease of parking. We didn't save any money renting the house as compared to staying in 4 hotel rooms per night, but the house gave us space to cook and play board games at night which we thoroughly enjoyed. Street parking for two rental cars worked great. Property manager very responsive - we asked for extra cutlery and they brought over a new complete pack within hours. The house is clearly a renovated flip for vacation rental, but is cute and serves it's purpose as intended.
